Casa Boher Extra Brut: It has a pale yellow color, with salmon hues; persistent foam and delicate, very small bubbles. We find aromas of toast, peaches, citrus, apple, pineapple, coconut and plums. Good acidity. Full in the mouth, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. As for the flavors, it is consistent with what it promises to the nose. Peaches, citrus, tropical fruits, plums and cherries are repeated.
Rosell boher Brut: It has a pale golden yellow color; persistent foam and very small bubbles. We find aromas of toast, tropical fruits, hints of almond and coconut. Good acidity. Full in the mouth, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Flavors consistent with what it promises to the nose. There are peaches and some cherry. Citrus such as pink grapefruit and tropical fruits.
