Zorzal's wines come from Gualtallary, which is located in the department of Tupungato, in the northernmost sector of the Uco valley. In Zorzal they make a non-invasive oenology and with an interpretation very aligned with respect for the terroir, constantly seeking to transmit to the world through our wines, the essence of this unique terroir, gualtallary, with all its finesse.
Intense, deep red color with violet hues. Deep, intense and complex, Gualtallary's own aromas stand out, such as CHALK, Wet Cement, Mineral. Great structure and volume, silky body with textured tannins, the acidity gives it a lot of freshness, making it a very direct wine.

Equipped with the latest technology, his winery has a New Zealand automatic temperature control system that can be operated over the Internet from anywhere in the world.
For the aging of their wines we use 225 and 500 liter French oak barrels, as well as 2,000 liter foudres with the aim of achieving finer and more elegant specimens. They also use cement eggs to bring purity, nerve, intensity, power, electricity and life to the wines.
"The core concept of Zorzal is Gualtallary, here we make wines with minimal oenological intervention that express to the maximum the characteristics of this unique place in the world" Juan Pablo Michelini, Winemaker
